Advance Booking by individual/ Family/ Group/ Corporate
Advance Booking by Tour Operators (TO) for their group:
The intending guests (individual, family, group, corporate, etc.) may book the room(s)/ cottage(s) in advance without any time limit. After obtaining the occupancy position on the specified date, the advance amount to be deposited. In this regard, the guest(s) or their representative may visit to our booking agent's office in Kolkata / Guest house /Hotel at Mandarmoni or contact over phone/ through e-mail. We would reciprocate with our response immediately. The advance money can be deposited in cash/draft or our Bank account as specified in our reply. The guests may also book accommodations through the authorised travel agents and obtain confirmation from us also.
The management invites all domestic/international Tour Operators dedicated for tourism promotions to book the room(s)/ cottage(s) in advance. A separate kitchen space may be provided, if required. In this regard, the TO's representative may visit to our booking office in Kolkata or contact over phone/ through e-mail. We would reciprocate with our response immediately. After obtaining the occupancy position on the specified date, the advance amount @50% is to be deposited. The advance money can be deposited in cash/draft or our Bank account as specified in our reply. A special rate can be availed by the TOs, subject to consistency of business.
